We’ve prepared a checklist for some of the services we may perform at your location. This will help us to be more efficient in taking care of your property. This will also help to prevent any unwanted damages to your personal belongings.

 

*Please ensure that your driveway is cleared of any vehicles. As well as parking available in front of your home*

*Depending on the services provided we will need access to running water and/or electricity*

House Washing / Roof Cleaning:

• Have all windows and doors closed tight

• Remove any belongings away from the home. Preferably 10ft away from the home. (Mats, chairs, barbecues, exterior décor, etc.)

• Please stay indoors during this time. This is for safety of yourself and us

 

Driveway / Walkway Cleaning:

• Clear the driveway of any belongings and vehicles

• Walkways clear of hoses, mats, shoe racks, etc

 

Gutter Cleaning:

• Depending on the house we may need to install a temporary anchor. This will be professionally installed and removed. We will also seal any holes made from installing. This is for fall protection should we have to be on top of the roof

• If applicable, remove any items around the house that may obstruct a ladder. As well as removing any tree branches that may impede the use of a ladder around the house

• Please avoid and stay away from the ladders once they are set up. This is for the safety of everyone.

 

Payments:

• Please make your arrangements to pay for services upon completion. We can accept payments in person, or you can pay through an online link sent to your email.

• We accept visa, mastercard, cash, and cheque.

Unmoved Items:

Please note that depending on the service provided we will need items to be cleared from that area. This is for the safety and protection of your personal belongings as well as the safety of our crew. If there is something in the way that cannot be removed we may have to avoid that area as to not cause any damage. If items need to be moved and put back into place there may be an extra charge.

Terms and conditions:

We will work hard to provide an exceptional service each time. Occasionally we may run into some bumps where the home has some pre-existing damages. Our goal is to have your property looking it’s best. If we run into any damages, we cannot be liable for the items listed below.

We may also gather before and after photos that we may publish to our website, google, and social media pages. No personal information or distinctive parts of the home will be shared. We value your privacy. If you would not like for us to take any photos please let us know.

 

HydroJet Pressure Cleaning is not liable for any of the following conditions:

• Pre-existing damages to your home and vehicles, depending on the service provided.

         This is all including but not limited to:

• Windows, frames, house siding, screens, gutters, roof shingles, etc

• Cement cracks and chips from walkways, driveways, etc

• Damaged windows and glass

• Leaks from bad seals in windows

• Previously clogged drains and downspouts

• Damage to gutters, gutter guards/covers, old fascia, and other related hanging hardware and screws

• Water getting into any outdoor cameras or electronics left outside. We will always try to avoid them however it may not always be possible.
