How to prepare for your scheduled cleaning:
To help us provide the best service possible, we’ve prepared the following checklist for services that may be performed at your property. Preparing your home in advance helps our team work more efficiently and reduces the risk of accidental damage to personal belongings.
General Preparation:
-
Please ensure your driveway is free of vehicles.
-
Please ensure there is parking available in front of your home for our service vehicles.
-
Depending on the service provided, we may require access to running water and/or electricity.
House Washing / Roof Cleaning
-
Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.
-
Remain indoors while work is being performed for the safety of both you and our crew
-
Move personal belongings at least 10 feet away from the home whenever possible, including: mats, chairs, barbecues, outdoor décor, other exterior items. If items are not removed, we will only clean around the items during our visit.
Window Washing
-
Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.
-
Move vehicles away from the work areas and provide clear access to all areas being cleaned
-
Remove screens, decorations, furniture, potted plants, and other items that may prevent access to the windows and exterior surfaces
-
If there are any areas that need special care such as any loose siding panels, damaged windows, or leaks, please let us know before your service
Driveway / Walkway Cleaning
-
Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the driveway.
-
The area is clear of belongings such as hoses, mats, shoe racks, outdoor items or obstacles.
Gutter Cleaning:
Depending on the design and height of the home, we may need to install a temporary roof anchor for fall protection while working on the roof. Any anchor used will be professionally installed and fully removed upon completion, and all installation points will be properly sealed afterward.
If applicable, please remove any items around the home that may obstruct ladder placement, as well as trim or remove any tree branches that could interfere with safe ladder access.
For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you avoid the work area and do not use or move the ladders once they have been set up.
Unmoved Items
Please ensure all items are cleared from the service area prior to our arrival. This is necessary to protect your personal belongings and to maintain a safe working environment for our crew. If items remain in the work area and cannot be safely moved, we may be required to avoid or skip those areas to prevent potential damage. Should our team need to move and replace items, additional charges may apply.
Customer Privacy & Project Photos
We may also take before-and-after photos of completed work for use on our website, Google profile, and social media pages. If you prefer that no photos be taken, please let us know prior to your scheduled service. We respect your privacy and will never share personal information or identifiable details of your home.
